Your struggle is everyone’s struggle. We have to support ourselves, our families and still want to have a meaningful life. You can understand why so many people get lost in their work. Our society is not set up to support a balanced life. Capitalism will try to eat us alive. Your change seems very positive. You have the soul of an artist, it is important you feed your soul. You must create. 💙

There are socialist countries. America is not. Many, many Americans are able to work and have a healthy and balanced life. When those of us who do work get tired of supporting those who choose not to - what will happen? This adorable family seems to have found a way to live their dreams. Kudos to them!

This all seems so natural. From what I'm seeing, Moonflower Child was a beautiful and creative expression of Self. You took ideas from the realm of idea into manifestation, and this was a (in some cases, literal!) vehicle for channeling that creative energy. It makes so much sense that when your creative energy went into the sacred process growing a baby and birthing a soul into this world, that a transition would occur- and that is beautiful that you have listened to your inner guidance system in navigating this. As my fiance and I prepare to build our home and start our family, this video is assuring me that it is okay to flow with change. Thank you for taking us on this journey with you 💛

Juby, life is short and the world is grand. So happy to see that you’re choosing to explore this big world with your talents. In my 20’s I was a flight attendant for Pan Am and Delta for 12 years. Then I had my son and stayed home with him. Started my own business making jewelry, did really well but became work/chore which I stopped enjoying. Then learned quilting and made money and it was the same after a while. Became an oncology massage therapist, then husband and I sold our home and decided to do Europe for a few years. Then covid happened. So we came home and bought an Airstream and is full timing. I’m now in my 50’s and still feel like the world is grand, can do more, and is open to me. You have so much ahead of you with so many more beautiful opportunities and things to do, and you guys are doing an incredible job raising Azalea 🌺. Whatever you do , enjoy it and when it’s time to move on to the next, It’ll be exciting!

I am so proud of you! ❤ Making that choice is a difficult one indeed, I have been there. We used to own a store front gallery/shop filled with art displays, crystals, handmade jewelry etc. It was tough. When your passion and creations become so exhausting, it almost defeats the purpose of how it all began! Wearing so many hats clouded my inspiration anymore and I felt a void. I NEED to create, and more on my own terms when I'm inspired VS trying to keep afloat lol. Juggling 3 kids, homesteading, my KZbin channel, homeschooling etc, it became a lot for us too. I feel the same though, the experience is unforgettable and was the stepping stones to a new chapter. Now creating again feels so much more powerful. You will find a healthy balance and it will all work out. Good luck beautiful family! Sending love and light your way. Xo❤✌

Juby, I am 52 and am a creative person who has had many businesses and careers. I designed and made clothes which I sold at markets when I was 19, I've had exhibitions of my artwork, I've made and sold jewellery, I've sold online through Etsy, Redbubble, eBay, my own web site. I've worked as a graphic designer, an art and design lecturer at universities and now I do sewing repairs and alterations. There is always a conflict between doing the thing you love to earn money and it is incredibly difficult to earn money as a creative person because no one will ever value or understand what really goes into what you produce and realistically, people simply can't afford to pay you what you are really worth. It is a constant struggle to find a balance that works. I think many creative people choose to earn an income doing something completely different so that it keeps their creative side pure then you can be free to create whatever you like without constraints.

And I let it happen I do basically nothing with a result, but i take care about myself because I have some body issues. I really just hanging around and for the first time starting to ask others for help, because as a former yoga teacher in india I thought I could sort out any body issues and this time in fact I can’t help myself! Props girl! The hardest thing to do is to walk away from something youve created and grown and thats become your life and others lives. Not the tedious parts of the work and the grind but the people around it....the idea that you birthed change and that others loved and adopted that 'change' whether its a lifestyle, an outlet for their own creativity or the idea that they feel youve given them permission to be themselves.(I started and ran a gallery and studio specifically for new artists waaaay back when it wasnt a 'thing'. I felt so guilty for the artists when i was done with it. (Turns out they were fine! LOL :-)) Alot of people dont realise that if youve done it once you can always do it again. Change isnt a 'bad' word. Youve planted the seed for how ever many others... Know that you didnt only create a brand and the goods in that brand but seeded dreams in others every time they saw you at a market holding your own and creating what you loved. If more people let go of the ego part of that creation the world would be much happier. Cant wait to see your next creation of love fam! Peace from Oz xo.....PS. Dear other earth dwellers, If you dont love what you do, its time to do what you love. Some one else can and will love to do what youve started and carry that torch. Let it become their dream and you get on with your next one. Its not failure...its evolution. ;-) ....end of rant :-)

It sounds like the best decision for you at this stage of your life. I quit work when my daughter was a baby and ended up homeschooling her, so can relate. Good luck with your future projects and best wishes in living a fuller life with your family.

I love you so much Juby, you’re such an amazing soul and wow what accomplishments you have achieved. I started my own business when I was 15 making jewelry Out of plants and halter tops from bandanas and it was so much fun. But the last few years I’ve been dealing with thyroid issues and chronic pain and I’ve been so hard on myself for not having strength enough to finish my goals, but I also hear you aware of who you are as a person and how important it is to learn about yourself so you can be the best person you can be. I’m working on selling vintage and I will look forward to what that looks like for me. I must remember to stay strong and motivated that I got this. Love you all so much . I wish you the very best

Just because something wasn’t the right long term path, doesn’t mean you failed nor that the experience wasn’t valuable in a lot of other ways! I’m glad you can move on and continue to explore what fills you and your families needs

When a woman becomes a mother, everything shifts, often unintentionally and unconsciously. For example, I used to be a DJ, which I loved, but somehow, after my baby was born, it didn't sit well with me anymore. I couldn't explain it. Also, the time constraints to get anything done became overwhelming, to the point where I had to let expectations go, maybe only focusing on getting one major thing done a day. Without meaning to, my entire future plans shifted. And that's ok.
@julianajubyyasmine4 жыл бұрын
That shift is so real, something I'm trying to embrace, appreciate and also guide so that I can keep my passions alive just in a different form and also give my all to the fam as well. Its not an easy shift but I'm continuing to learn day by day how to balance it.

@@julianajubyyasmine you are doing beautifully (I say that knowing you only show the easy and fun parts on social media)! Your real self, your hard work, your care - all shine through regardless. Love to you and your family! ❤
