The last story scared me the most, because every moment of the two incidents of confusion and lost time are classic symptoms of a brain seizure, epilepsy, an aneurysm or tumor pressing on the brain. It might not be any of those things, but it is imperative that the person gets an MRI immediately. Make sure it's not physical first, then deal with the paranormal. Never, ever fool around with symptoms like bright lights, loss of consciousness, confusion or throwing up! It could be an infection, like meningitis. It could be a lot of things, but unless someone wants to take a chance on sudden death, get medical attention immediately!

PSA: Those "hospital masks" don't filter dust and particulates. They are made to stop virus and bacteria from being expelled into the air by the wearer. If you are trying to protect yourself from dust, mold, etc, you need to get a mask that makes an air tight seal on your face. One that is rated by an actual certification.

We were forced to work with them handling silica dust (similar to asbestos). They don't cover the gap between the nose and cheek. Also, spores and toxins might be small enough to pass through the filter...

5th story, what happened to me, sounded like an episode of dissociation to me. I suffer with it and it's happened to me countless times. I'll be 30 some odd minutes away from where i'm supposed to be without recollection, or i'll just blank on the most familiar of things. Sometimes i'll be at work and then i'm at home and I can barely recall how it all happened. I spoke with my psychologist about it and he mentioned that it was dissociation and it's a condition that co-exists with ptsd and the like. I had a lot of past traumas that are really hard to recall and heal from, and he said that children's brains will typically shut off and go on autopilot to escape the traumatic reality of what is happening to them- it's a survival mechanism that keeps us sane. The disassociation mechanism continues to be triggered throughout life whenever something stressful, fearful, or traumatic is happening - even thinking something upsetting can set it off. Your brain realizes something bad is going on, and tries to shut off as it did when you were much younger, incapable of understanding the trauma. It's hard to catch that moment to stop the switch, and it's a very really and scary condition that is both a blessing and a curse.

I have a similar story like the last one, When I was a kid, me and my parents were travelling with a car. My dad was driving, and I was sitting between my mom's legs and leaning her. As we were riding the car at night, I was gazing at the stars and closing my eyes for like two seconds. But when I opened, the starry night was gone and it changed into a blue sky with few clouds floating. I was confused. I asked my mom, "How did the night suddenly changed into a day?" My mom replied with confusion, "What are you talking about? You were asleep for hours" It was so confusing. It felt for like only two seconds. I cannot explain what I experienced that night/day. Is it some sort of a paranormal event. Or is there any scientific explanation for this? Help

That last story sounds like the person had a minor stroke. That happened to my mom... One minute she was in a grocery store, the one she always went to, and the next minute, she was confused and didn't recognize her surroundings. The person in this story could've experienced the same thing, and should get themselves checked out.
