John Cena is the definition of "Appreciate something while it's there because when it's gone you'll miss it more". I'll definitely miss him once he hangs up the jorts. And whether people cheered him or booed him I never stopped loving him he's the GOAT 🐐

@@ElyonGibbor I'm talking about how Roman is cousin's with Dwayne Johnson, pursued an NFL career, was the 4th longest reigning champion in professional wrestling, and also has a very public battle with cancer... my mother who hasn't watched wrestling with me since Super Cena knew who Roman was... 4 years ago. He IS a household name and I clearly said he isn't Cena, but you fanboys need to glaze something after all. That's what I'm talking about, let me know if I should spell it out further.

I’ve been saying this since 2019 and it still holds true today, John Cena is the real life example and definition of “you’ll miss me when I’m gone”
@mycahjofficial
@mycahjofficial 24 күн бұрын
John Cena is the textbook example of “you’re not truly appreciated till you’re gone”. It was understandable why he was despised by hard-core wrestling fans throughout his tenure as the top drawing face of WWE for a decade. Yeah, he did win too much and yeah, his character work from 2010 to 2014 was quite stale and frustrating at times but throughout all of that, John had proven time and time again of how goddamn valuable he is to WWE. This man has literally given his entire life for WWE and great to see that people have finally realize how phenomenal he is ever since 2015.

There will never be another John Cena. Definitely I remember when I first saw a young man battling the Biker Taker at Vengeance 2003 and said to myself that guy had a potential to be a star, and ironically during that time I secretly rooted for the guy to win against Taker after the former hits him with a chain despite being oblivious that Cena was supposed to be the villain in that match lmao

I was born in India, where John Cena’s popularity is unmatched. I began watching WWE during the Ruthless Aggression Era and feel fortunate to have witnessed his entire career. Since Cena, no superstar has captured that elusive "IT factor" quite like he did. He elevated WWE to new heights, not only through his in-ring performances but also with his incredible work for Make-A-Wish and his extensive media presence promoting the company. While the term "GOAT" is often overused, I genuinely believe that John Cena is WWE’s greatest superstar of all time and the last big name that WWE has produced.

I think the biggest cena highlight from when I started watching wrestling was when he came into ECW territory at one night stand 2006 against Rob Van Dam, getting absolutely booed and verbally crucified by the fans and still performed, not only giving Van Dam his moment but giving the fans of ECW that moment. That very pay per view gave me absolute respect as a fan for John Cena

Love him or hate him, he's the GOAT. His work ethics, his in ring ability (yeah, he's not that technical but we cant deny the fact that he can wrestle and produce unforgettable matches) , his mic skills (damn too great) , his persona, his outside ring works and most of all ... his loyalty. Cena made sure wwe is in great shape before he left and pursued another track. JC's goatness is on a different level thats why now we understand why Cena cena cant go villain or heel because he is a brand that is good for business.

Ngl it was a rollercoaster ride wit John Cena. I remember 10 year old me fresh out of the attitude era and the invasion angle, the ruthless aggression era had begun. Saw him as a nobody to catching peoples eyes as the Dr of Thugonimics and his rivalries that would later capture the us title and losing it to a debutimg Carlito and his rivalry with the guerreros, big show angle, rikishi, quckly becoming a main even must see after winning 05 RR that wpuld take him to the path that dethroned JBL's title reign. I started hating his push after wm 26 when i stopped watching consistently until late 2013 after wm 29 still bamboozled at the fact that he kept being pushed, but he was main eventing against the rock. Lets not forget his angle with cm punk in 2011. Now fast foreard to his us open challenge era where he helped elevate our current gen of wrestlers like KO, Seth, Roman, AJ, the list goes on. I grew up to appreciate everything that he has done and shed a tear when i saw him flip "the last time is now" banner, i knew he had an impact on so many lives. Thank you john for an amazing 20+ years in the game.
