Genius is understanding something enough to strip down to its simplest form and then explain it in a way even I can understand. Thankyou kelly 👍👍👍👍👍

Catawampus. I had to look it up and yep, it's actually a word. Thanks for the great video and expanding our word of the day!

These videos are an incredible evolution of your work. Wish I'd been there at the start. Last four years have finally allowed me to fix problems that have plagued me from sports since young.

I have been doing Tai Chi and Zhang Zhuang a long time. Standing meditation where the goal is to minimize tension while maximizing structure and more and more I become aware of my personal imbalances and stiff places and its aggravating. LOL. I guess I'll just keep on keeping on. Thanks for the timely video. It was very helpful.

I don't know what you mean by wake-a-mole exactly but thats exactly how I describe trying to unlock my hips after years of stiffness and injury. Chasing down spasms and stiffness as they disappear and emerge elsewhere... Thankfully I feel I'm nearly there after about a year. I'd say difficultly level similar to attending a first child for the first year. Very tough.

Right hip flexor seems to always be tighter than the left and also, my right foot tends to feel more turned out than the left foot. Any advice on the correction? Or is there a video that discusses this further? (this video seems to be in the ballpark of what I'm looking for)

I have a partially collapsed Arch on my left foot making it Point outwards and somehow offsetting my hips I would love to see a video on how to restore the arch I've been trying for a year is very difficult

Not to mention your left and right hemispheres of your brain do completely different things and if the corpus collosum is severed you can become two “different personalities”.
