Which showed the difference between Human forces and the Alien race. Humans wanted revenge of the Alien race but was willing to show compassion to those in need of help or willing to surrender. Meanwhile the alien leadership was actively killing soldiers and civilians that either fled or didn't want to fight humanity

At the ending scene, you could see 4 soldiers posing for a picture, one of them holding the Expeditionary Flag The bottom quote in the flag is in Latin, so it translates to: “Mother Earth, No one will threaten you anymore.” Next to the soldiers, there’s a Graffiti of sorts, again, in Latin, it translates to: “Always Invincible”

Yep, I love when someone sees when I'm putting this tiny, barely visible details :) But during drawing and putting this on the image, I was thinking more about " “Mother Earth, No one will *hurt* you anymore.” In my opinion this gives this slighly more emotional value to the quote. :)

У меня полностью похожая ситуация. Единственное что мне не нравится в его анимациях - затянутость. Типа слишком долгие бои причем порой почти одинаковые. Нет разнообразия. Однако есть и очень эпичные бои и их не так мало.

I wonder why the humans even bothered to expend such a magnitude of resources to the extermination of a crumbling alien empire as we can see the alien emperor is either too arrogant or just too blinded by his ego to realize that at this point the war is lost and surrender and rally’s the remaining incredibly updated weapons, and vehicles to put towards an effort in finishing a war having been long lost by his forefather.

After all this time of awaiting and the eventual year I took to find it. WE FINALLY HAVE A SEQUEL!

So what I can guess there's about 4 classes within this society, with some further subclasses Black are the lowest, the common/poorest class. Grey are the middle-class, with light grey with the goldbands being like NCOs. Light purple and purple might represent the upper class. Sidenote: An interesting thing I also noticed them was how an overwhelming number of the purple have the goldenarmbads, indicating the aliens have a bloated officer corps. The goldish aliens are very likely a royal guard. Now the browns ones are very hard to tell, as there's nothing to indicate that they a specialized role in the society. Maybe they're suppose to represent a special force or specialized division, but I'm not sure on that. Also I noticed how long it too for a collaborators to be gain, but they only started appearing at the end. This means that the aliens society was so rigid, so conforming, it took the government last stand for them to finally turncoat. Though we had scene signs of discontent with Greys shooting purple in some scenes to surrender. However, surrending doesn't mean collaberating. And aside from the end image, we don't see any Purple, Gold, or Brown surrending. Only the Greys and Blacks. Some intresting details I noticed

I love how the humans are more alien then well…the aliens. The aliens look so different now, it kinda makes me sad, their old designed were so cool, but these new ones make me think of multiple races working together, like the xenomorph aliens from season 1 and these aliens from this season. Also the aliens were so much more raker in this season then the last, it almost makes me sad how easily they get mopped up and it makes you almost want to root for them. It’s almost like they got sent back technology wise, how some vehicles use lasers and energy bolts, infantry guns just use straight up bullets, like human guns. I love this series very much and it’s very well done, take your time and travel at your own speed

I don’t think they rely on soldiers but more on vehicles not weapons which is kinda idiotic of the emperor to just relying on vehicles and not real equipment for soldiers half of the conscripts don’t have real training so yea that’s why they are getting mopped up real quick they just rely on vehicles no artillery just dead flesh and scraps
