I love Jeannie and Jeezy's love story. It is a perfect example of what life and a relationship can be when you're with someone who makes you feel SAFE. When you know that You KNOW they got your back, you can fully let your guard down and finally exhale into the comfort and safety they provide. Jeezy and Jeannie are that safe haven for each other. I remember she was a bit more standoffish in her last relationship and then when she started dating Israel and eventually got married she blossomed into such a ball of love. Yeah I noticed that too. I understand why the other cohosts feelings were hurt though. In the clip before her talking about the wedding, Loni called Jeannie out about her saying “My husband” and Loni asked Jeannie if she got married in secret. Jeannie denied getting married at the court house and told her cohosts “When I get married, you guys will definitely know.” So then, when Jeannie does actually get married, she doesn’t invite Loni, Adrianne, (who both of them have been friends with her since the show started and walked with her through her divorce), or Garicelle. She doesn’t even let them know about the wedding until she comes back from honeymoon to talk about it on the show. I would be butt hurt if I was them too. But, I’m sure Jeannie recognized that she really hurt them in that way. That’s why they were the first people to know she was pregnant with Monaco before she announced it to the world!! I’m glad they were able to mend their friendships in the end.
