I use to not be able to live without social media but honestly sometimes you just need to turn everything off and take in what's around you. Bigger events happen all around us but sometimes were so consumed with social media that we miss life changing moments.

I have to agree with Adrienne to an extent. Im not on my phone during work, the movies, dinner etc but it needs to be by me at all times. Its a security blanket type of situation.
