Might be pretty basic in the grand scheme of things but i love how he always makes sure to keep his heal slot on his shield batteries. Even when he nearly gets downed and he pops a pheonix, he immediately swaps back to shield bats so he has them ready at all times. It's the little things like that I love to see.

Super off topic here, but this has been eating at me for a while now. I see that you (and some other creators) sometimes go into a solo private match or with the people you're teaching. I would love to be able to do the same for practice and learning the map but whenever I go into private match settings, it says I need 60 other players or something like that. I don't even know 60 people! 😂

I'm not totally sure, but I think this might have to do with using the API. Check into the "readme" in your apex legends local folder. In the "live api" folder. I'm just spitting out ideas, not at all 100 ab this or sure it's even the purpose.

@@NonnyStrikes Yeah I'm not super savvy with computer language, so I feel like even if I did go poking around in the readme file, I wouldn't know what I was looking at 😂. That's a good idea though. someone who DOES know more about computer language would probably have some success. Maybe Daddy District will reply and show us the way❤

After watching another content creator, I have found out that some streamers who work with EA get special access to private servers, which allows them to do these kinds of private matches. I wish it were something open to the public but I understand that the server load would be ridiculous with everyone doing private lobbies.

This game happened with sbmm in pubs but it wasn't at all like it is now. I have only a 1.5 kd and the champ squad is always a three stack with master and pred badges. I hope they change the sbmm

It's rare to find people these days that don't have at least one master badge because last season hitting master was basically guaranteed if you just played a lot. Actual bots now have master rank badges from last season. I have a 1.3 KD and I'm also against masters. I've only seen a pred once in my lobby, but literally every single game, half the lobby has the master rank jump trail.

I shouldve gotten a 4k once, my teammates blocked the last couple of wingman shots before i died. This was way back in season 8. These days my mate and i play duos so we dont get many high damage games.

At 5:16 what is that red circle with slash through it mean when he opens his inventory screen? Pops up for a split second so you really have to look for it. I’ve seen other streamers like Faide have that happen to them as well.

It's a PC only thing where you can use your mouse to drag weapons or items off the edge of the inventory map to drop them. On console, you have to press a button to drop things. PC gamers will also often swap the order of their guns since each weapon has a keybind.

Does that mean the match making is using a balance algo even on non ladder? Btw I started playing few months ago and I never leave my games until we are eliminated, even non ladder games, could this be why my matches are so hard even if I lose all of them since I place top 5 a lot of the times even with 0 to 3 kills and less than 500 dmg? One last question, the 189 fps cap is to avoid going slower/stutter in the engine? Thought this was fixed.

Yeah the fps cap thing is old. A lot of people still cap in the 180 range just for consistent fps so they don't have frame drops. But it's not necessary to do that anymore.

great vid but apex match making does not always put bot players in bot lobbies i have less than a 1 kd an get put in pubs with masters an diamond players. this is something that apex needs to fix an neither of my teammate have been high level players as well.
