Hey boss I found a video that had this per optics setting that get rid of the slowing down of the optics FOV 110 1x / iron = 1.1 or 1.0 2x 1.3 3x 1.6 feel like this is to high feel like 1.5 is just right 4x 1.9 I run a 1.5 I feel like maybe 1.7 might be the best 6x he has 2.2 I run a 1.7 8x he has 2.2 I have a 1.8 10x he has 2.2 I have 1.9 He says it’s being increased by 0.3 I have heard 0.2 but based on your older videos when you talked about the 1x being 1.1 to keep it steady I believe your right bed 1.0 seems to kick up a lot more

They made a computer program to find outer thresholds? I think your deadzone needs to be set like mine, where it's always smooth and doesn't slow down, to be able to do this by feel. I think my response curve being primarily linear might make this easier also.

@@PickedaName_ I have seen some progress in 1 outer threshold but there is a issue with tracking it is looking like 4 response curve does well with the aiming in the game and also yes there is you can adjust everything like you were in a real apex game it’s on pc the guy I mentioned ran a 1 as well and I’m curious I run a ads pitch of 140 to 145 lowest I go is 135 with a response curve of 4 do you think the pitch is to high or do you think 140 ads pitch is just right based on your test

@@devintruesdale196 i stopped using 4.4 after increasing the pitch to 146 because sticky aim assist in the middle of the response curve hitbox was removed.

@@PickedaName_ that’s cool and I asked a question a video back but is 140 ads pitch good enough in general to control recoil on all responses or should I go 145 I see. People say 145 is the max you should go for ads pitch and that 150 is to much and for ads yaw 140 is perfect because there isn’t to much left to right movement I also seen omarsms say that 140 is all you need and anything higher is to much just trying to find out the minimum and max you should go for ads

@devintruesdale196 it depends on the response curve . I didn't want to go over 130/130 when I tried 0 curve . I used 182/182 at 11.1 curve .

I found out that the ALC Per optics also has mini levels in between 1.0 to 1.1 can it have an influence?

Not on the Outer Threshold. Per Optics affect slow zone aim assist. Increase to shrink, decrease to enlarge. kzbin.info/www/bejne/oaGnZJKrmJehfqs

I used 877 on ps4. Are you using classic curve on the default settings? kzbin.info/www/bejne/j3bXp2R9eaiNl7c this video explains what's happening with the outer threshold in detail. 877 felt like I was free aiming in a giant circle while still feeling like the game was locked on to the target. I stopped using it because 8 deadzone was too high; I didn't try to find a similar sensation at a lower deadzone because I chose 877 on some superstition type of stuff related to the starting position of the slope and the height of the front of it. 7 curve at 8 deadzone starts at a spot that gets skipped when you go from 10 to 9 curve; like 2 blocks are added to the front of the visual curve image on the screen, and to get it to start where it would if only 1 block was added I had to play at 877. This was way back in my Fixing ALCs: High Deadzone video.
