I'm not convinced this one is practical. It works for the show, but in real life the amount of money divvied up between all the people involved would make it difficult to justify the risk. And you'd have to hope the victims don't return for a peek. Which they surely would. Anyway, still fun to watch.

Plus these scams can be repeated, if the mark truly believes that what they did was illegal they'll never tell anyone either.

This has red flags everywhere and you don't need to be a finance wizard to see that. She did not do proper due diligence, so fundamentally its her fault. Also nothing is guaranteed in the market, even with a supposed edge there's still a risk. Anyone in finance who guarantees something is a fraud. Also if a fund had with a 50% return a day the fund would become a private family office or a fund closed to outside investors as it would be a waste of time and money to fund raise and do IR.

@myriafoundation11546 жыл бұрын
Wow. I counted at least 14 people participating in this scam of 1,000 pounds. And it took them easily a day of prep, and a day to run it. Not to mention needing a few grand in capital to prime this pump. So these "hustlers" each made 4 pounds an hour? Which if I apply the standard exchange rate to dollars translates into Jack Shit? I mean, I know math was never my strong suit, but that's what I got when I put the figures into the calculator.
@Abstract4Lyf5 жыл бұрын
Has to be fake. How you gonna leave a grand when you haven't really done anything illegal lol.
I can't believe the argument and hatred in the comments, yes it was only 500 'only 500' but for 'each', imagine if they do this scum to hundreds and even some investing bigger amounts, yea that's a lot of money.
