Pentaholics is what they’re called. Mitch is not my favorite but I do think he has one of the most unique and beautiful voices ever. Kevin (the beatboxer) actually doesn’t sing low. He has a pretty high voice. Scott (tall white guy) and Matt do bass.

We're Pentaholics! To recap on their vocal ranges: Tall blond guy is a baritone, which is mid to low vocal range for a man. Scott can sing almost as low as Avi or Matt does, in fact he takes over the bass when Matt or Avi sings a verse or takes the lead....and then there's Scott's falsetto range...as you heard in this song. He has a pretty strong falsetto and has been developing it more in the past few years. Mitch is a tenor/counter-tenor which is in the high ranges for a man. We've all been shocked at how high Mitch can sing and it's not even in his falsetto! But...Mitch can also sing in the upper baritone range and do some surprising low notes ( he solos completely in Take On Me, a audio/lyric version of that song...worth a listen to!). Kevin is a tenor and he fills in backing vocals when he's not actively beatboxing...and he has a beautiful very high falsetto ( see: Kiss From A Rose, Amazing Grace) Kirstie is considered an alto-soprano. She's been working on her lower ranges lately and it's showing as her voice matures. We all know she's as high in vocal range as Mitch which can make it difficult to tell them apart sometimes, but she can really belt out in the high notes! Matt is actually a Lyric baritone ( lyric means he has a wider range than a normal baritone) and Matt's range tends towards bass. He's been developing his bass range even more lately and we can hear it!! He also has a very impressive falsetto for a man with such a deep voice!

I love Mitch's voice, but he isn't my favorite. They are all amazing, but Scott is my "pet" of the group.

PTX members never rest on their laurels. They continue to take voice lessons n improve. Scott has been going higher, Mitch is pushing hisclower tones, Matt is going higher and lower. Kevin has the highest voice and to think he hardly sang when he joined

Could you please react to stevie ray vaugn life without you live at the capitol theater 1985 and also texas flood live at the elmocombo by stevie ray. He is the goat of blues guitar players in my opinion you will love it im sure.
