Funny enough, Dark Pit’s nature as a copy of Pit means they have the same voice actor, so anytime they speak in unison, it’s literally just the voice actor recording the same line twice in different voices and I can’t help but think of that.

When we've only seen Palutena interact with Pit as a voice from above, one who always seems to have a plan and a way to get Pit out of trouble, having her walk up to Pit and hold him in her arms, helpless to do anything for him is a little heartbreaking. She even looks to the sky at the very end, as if imploring a higher power, when she is already a goddess herself...

Fun(?) Fact: When the Chaos Kin crashes with the boulder during the Air Battle, if you fail to shoot at it, it will regain flight and flee through a portal. The power of flight runs put at that instant, making chase impossible. You are reqarded with a very sad game over.

Sheesh, pits been through alot! 1st palutena was takin control of by the chaos kin 2nd after defeating the chaos kin for the first time,palutenas spirit is ripped right out and the kin almost escapes into the chaos realm but dark pit saves the day. 3rd after finally defeating the chaos kin for real it attempts to take dark pit down with it but pit saves the day, but by the cost of his wings and almost his life! And finally,he almost died fighting hades. Holy smokes! (And I know I skipped the medusa period lol)

Because its the most critical part of the entire game? Both Earth and Heavens are destroyed. Pit and Palutena's recklessness are responsible. The only source of power strong enough to finish off Hades its being held hostage by a monster. A monster that will throw anything at your way just so it gets enough time to eat said source of power. Which just happens to be the soul of your guide.

I don't know if it's just me that thinks this, but since Dark Pit is basically the dark version of Pit, aren't they essentially the same person. Dark Pit is basically Pit's other half, like his brother or something. I don't know why but I sometimes end up liking the bad guy in some games more than my own character (which is the good guy). But Dark Pit turns good so all's well that ends well.
