Hasir Jones that is completely incorrect. As you can CLEARLY see at the end of this chapter, DP loses the power to fly on his own when Pandora’s spirit leaves his wings and hops into the rewind spring. This is made SUPER obvious when he tries to fly away after helping Pit but begins to plummet and Viridi warps him out. In WOL, both Pit and Dark Pit’s wings are blue, meaning that Palutena was granting them both the power of flight, hence why they fell when she got wiped out.

Technically, Japanese can't swear like that. In literal translation, she basically says, "This fella..." or "This guy..."
