I remember it was the year 2000 and there was a brand new blue expedition Eddie bauer edition down the block and always wanted one. I was 14 at the time and had no knowledge about cars at the time but I liked them all. One day I’ll own a nice expedition with the 3.5 TT engine!

I too am happy they didn't put unpainted cladding on them. However, that black tailgate and the front lightbar are no's for me. Like the rest of the update mostly. I never minded bigger rims, fillin out the wheel well always looks nice. Wish the center screen was better integrated into the dash. Rob was looking extra focused during the tailgate shots 😂

Do you know, other than the color difference, are the second row split bench seats of the new Platinum and Tremor trims the same leather, or do the Expedition Platinum seats have a thicker more plush and comfortable leather? I love the look of the white or light grey second row roughly 33/33/33 split bench seat in this Platinum, but it is difficult to compare in the videos I"ve seen to the Expedition Tremor's black leather second row seats, so I ask you. I'd love to plop these seats here into the Tremor. But maybe there are the same but for the color? Thanks.

The dash board is hideous, so repulsive. The new Chevy Tahoe has its own dashboard, the new Yukon has a different one too and the Escalade which also has completely different dashboard. But Ford is so cheap by using the dashboard from the new Navigator without the pillar to pillar infotainment system and this leads to the large empty space in the dashboard. I don't even know how this was allowed to get to production. I am sure there are some at Ford who are not happy with this ugly dashboard which I find repulsive. They could have at least put some wood or carbon fiber in that empty space or even leather with Ford's name on it or Expedition ingrained. The exterior looks good and everything inside looks good too, except the dashboard which is horrendous.
