Therefore I Am | Funky Town SMP Animation

HI ALL, long time no see! I'm sorry I was inactive for so long (again), this one just took an extremely long time to make (6 months approximately). Anyways, you might be a little confused about the contents of this video, and no I'm not going to provide much context. But in short--
Funky Town is a survival multiplayer Minecraft server (SMP) that me and my close friends play on in our spare time. There's politics, there's drama, there's soup, and there's trauma! It's a good time! If you enjoy people doing minecraft lore this will be right up your alley, it's similar in concept to DSMP just with more girlbossing and gays (our friend group is predominantly LGBTQ+). I'm not going to elaborate on the plot much (FOR NOW) simply because I'd love to hear what people think out of context, BUT just know that the hboatff animation meme video has L O R E now. Those three sure were good friends huh, I wonder what happened to them....
(Also just to clarify all of the events of this animation and SMP are strictly fiction-- none of us are actually fighting each other or anything LMAO)
Anyways, I really hope you all enjoy this one! This is the hardest I've worked on any animation EVER (6 months to be exact), so if you end up enjoying this or feeling intrigued by the story, please, please do share it around! It's the best way to support my work and it really helps out a ton.

here's my interpretation of the lore: (i'm going to call everyone but you by your users!!) so liv, briz (short blonde hair), and empress (ponytail brunette w/ freckle) were in a revolution together. so i assume they were old friends!! but then briz and empress get this red book, which either gave them power or held important info. either way, they're powerful people. (note: there's an animation meme liv did a while back that showed liv, briz, and another person, eden, as friends! i assume they were old friends too, before liv/briz/empress. as seen in 0:30) briz and empress are on the same "side" but their motives seem different? briz looks to be reminiscing, but also pulling more strings? then briz/empress release an official statement about "soup dog" emote. you can see the paper in 0:49. they name liv as a "traitor to the government." which makes me believe that liv *maybe* was in a position of power too? dun dun. an alliance is formed with other smp members! ass (tv head), jwzj (hooded person), blue (brunette w/ blue cape), hatley4 (pink shirt), charlie (hooded person w/ a friendly little :]), and spork (long ombre w/ goggles)!! (side note: i love these designs) i think their group is called SDRF, and while they have a meeting (on how to protest against briz and empress), hatley4 is recording it. *gasp* a traitor in our midst!! makes sense since at 0:53 they're seen w/ crossed fingers. briz and empress later confront liv, making her write an oath it seems? or maybe she was in the middle of writing one, as briz then shows the recorder. and liv, understandably, looks horrified. the last shot shows the "soup dog" emote and, i'm guessing, one of liv's horses. that's all! sorry it's pretty messy. or if it's inaccurate. >__

it could be that the horse and soup dog emote are full of power so when SDRF where having a meeting they talked about how if the peace fails they could attack with the power of the horse or something sounds stupid. But it would make more sence now that liv is much more scared.

So, I’m going to use nicknames for this. Flower head girl (main character), pink blonde hair girl and dark hair fancy girl all used to be great friends. As suggested in the beginning, it seems they were part of a revolution together? But then the antagonist duo (pink blonde and dark hair) get this red book, that seems to withhold some sort of information, judging from the smug looks on their faces. I also think dark haired girl gave pink blonde girl the book first? Then we see pink blonde girl thinking back to a video “Soilder, poet, king” and her friends. After that shot, we have a shot with three sections in it: A fallen hand, amethyst crystals, and a closeup of pink blonde’s face. Maybe the fallen hand is the third member of the soldier poet king trio, the one with blonde hair and a Autum aesthetic, one who isn’t shown in the vid? Maybe something happened to her. Also, I think the amethyst crystals have something to do with this? Pink blonde has one on her neck for the entire video. Final thing that I noticed: robot person? They seem to be silenced in one shot, which makes me think of how vulnerable tech is, and how maybe she had info or something and was hacked? Idk

This is a ridiculously good animation; do you have any tips for animating things like this? My guess for some of the storyline (at least part of it) is that CheesyBrizee and thiccccempress decided to do a takeover, and you, being in the boat, were at some point allied with them? (Hence the horrified face.) Some traitor records some blackmail and... I really don't know what to make of the rest of it. I like the robot's design

For me, it feels as though power (as if they have a government, and they're leaders and have certain rules) drives both Empress and Briz, With drives them away from Liv. When this meeting is held, Hatley turns on them as a Traitor, recording the whole operation, which I assume goes against what Empress and Briz in possibly a rule or some other reason. Something also tells me when Empress knocks liv to the ground. As Empress walked away, Briz still kind of hesitated, and turned towards Empress without walking with her. And when it showed a picture of Liv, Briz and Eden, it burned and showed money with Briz's face. I feel that Briz still cares, but also wants to go with empress as a friend and partner even though Empress does or may not care for her and she has no clue. Briz is drived byPower and Money possibly. Sorry! This was more lore of Briz than anything! But I tried :D I based this off info I noticed and a little decipher of what @fig has shared :> Also! SDRF if feel stands for: "Soup Dog" for SD, but RF I have no clue. I thought it might mean "Reference" or "Resistance". Or F means "Fight" but then I wouldn't know what R stands for. Welp, that's what I got! I might add some stuff to this as I watch the video more and more! But I hope you like my observation so far!
