I love his expression when he's first revealed because like.... When you think about it, he was falsely convicted of murder. That high level officer (thrown on the ground) was the first person he'd ever killed. He'd never hurt anyone before and now in order to survive and hopefully attain freedom he has to commit so much violence. He's determined to do what it takes but in the process he becomes the monster that people believed he was in order to get him put in that situation in the first place.

Little moment when Seb and Painter are cooperating (1:12) is a really nice detail! A lot of people forget that Painter was also mistreated by Urbanshade (They literally tortured and killed his creator for no reason) and it's confirmed that Seb is not lying to him, he will come back and take him out of the blacksite. This whole video was amazing but can i just gush about sebs face for a bit at 0:53 I love his face right here cuz before this its like a leading up to a monster, theres a figure that throws a mangled dead body, shows off a bloody keycard that lets out all the horrors. As the light flickers on, it feels like there would be a face grinning at them. It feels like there should be someone smiling down at them, giddy with the feeling of control. look what i can do, look what i have done. but instead we get an uneasy and determined face, no grin. he isnt mad with power, he isn’t completely fine with killing. but he will. and he has to. these people will kill him, have killed his humanity, have tortured him. they have to die so he can leave. he has to live so then he can escape. hes determined. idk, i cant really explain how i feel about this. either way i just really like how you drew his face, gives off that hes feeling lots of mixed emotion.

Withoutn a shadow of a doubt, THE COOLEST piece of fan-media I've seen come from this game so far. I could not stop smiling while watching this. I had a similar idea using this song, where Sebastian break into the control room and starts ranting into the comms as he free's all the monsters remotely, only reaaosn I didnt make it is cause I'm not where NEAR to be being THIS GOOD at art. This is absolutely beautiful! The song adds to the suspense of the scenes, the tempo and the voicelines matching perfectly. And the last part: "We must do what it takes to survive." "We are the same, you and I." How it shows Sebastian's mindset as he led the riot with the other test subjects and with Painter as his right hand AND how the Expendables are set on completing their mission. Two opposite sides - one against Urbanshade and one working for them - with the very same goal: doing what they need to do to survive their dilemma and live another day. 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

You can really see Sebastian remorse at first when he shows the dead soldier and kills the second. That is, before revealing in getting to take revenge on those who made him what he is as he guns them down, sort of becoming the monster they believe him to be. Unbelievable animation for only being 2 minutes.

I like this animation a lot! - Scylla is now on my spotify playlist - This animation makes Solace look a whole lot more powerful than he usually conveys to the expendables that come through! - Painter working together with Solace is a very nice detail to see. Solace keeps a promise canonically, I know that just based off smaller details from the urbanshade wiki, canon voicelines, and just in general taking in the entire atmosphere that the blacksite actually has.
