Pro tip. Get a Bose S1 pro speaker instead of that gaudy looking monster speaker. 1 tiny little 6" S1 pro will give massive sound in any space like that ,and looks professional as well.

TBH, when it comes to rental electronics, I can’t have anything nice because people treat it like crap. So I have to get the cheap stuff because it makes sense in a profit standpoint.

All lights give off a different amount of light. I offer bistro lights or deluxe which is bistro lights in the middle and perimeter lights. I also put my lights on a control switch so the customers can turn off 1 set to make it more dim for later on.

Do you use a gas or electric generator for the lighting?

I just use an extension cord for the lighting. There is usually a power source nearby.

I rent this out for $550.00 (walls and lights are extra). However It’s different in every city. I suggest you check out other companies in your city to learn your market.
