Heres some realistic advice that also doubles as gameplay tips 1. Dont engage with and keep your distance from those targeting you for harm 2. Stop hitting yourself 3. Never swim faster in a rip tide you wont beat it and will only exhaust yourself. 4. Jumping on uneven/unsteady ground can cause you to slip. 5. Never give up or you might regret it.
