Throwback | NECA God of War II Kratos with Ares Armor Figure

I got this figure the other day. Blade of Olympus is a bit warped and the blades of Athena fit awkwardly in his left hand but other then that it’s a solid figure

One thing I hate about these old God of War figures is how they have the inaccurate blades. They're supposed to be the blades of Athena but instead they're blade of chaos. Also the blades that comes with the armor kratos are this weird black color and not gold like in the games. And of course God of War 3 Kratos still has the blade of chaos when in game he has the blades of exile which are completely different. I bought the figure with the golden fleece and bought the small blades of exile keychains for him to hold. There was no smaller option for the blades of Athena.

You can straight it up with hot water or blower and pose the sword or mold it and dump it in cold water it needs to be cold

Because its hard to replace tho due to changes in stock and prices tho and i don't really replace unless the figure is terrible articulation or details tho which may have its other counterpart will be replaced tho

It is ares armor when he becomes gow but in gow 1 his armor was ares but in 2 it was modified to look sleeker and less ares like

that's not even Ares armor, you should play the game to know the difference between Ares armor & God armor

@@TheReviewSpot yeah i know, i just bought one last week, but in game GOW 1 Ares armor has cerberus head in both of shoulders, not with goat head in God Armor, Neca put a wrong name just like when they named Axe Head as Trespasser in Pacific Rim figure

@@TheReviewSpot i suggest you to play the game because this figure is based on game, so everything need to do the same as the game did, cz it's kinda pissed me off as a GOW fans when i saw something that based on game but they write it wrong, i already told you the difference Ares & God armor and is up to you if you want to take the wrong path

@@hellhobbiespro At the end of the day the review is on the figure not the game, if the company that produced the figure named it wrong then the review will reflect the wrong name as NECA has never produced a God Armor Ares and no one will be looking up the review based on that name, if that bothers you that its wrong, then the concern is on your end
