I accidently left my tail on and went out to talk to my dad and brother…my brother mentioned it to my dad, but I heard just as I was going downstairs, so I took it off and hid it. When I came back up, my dad asked about it, and I made my brother look like he was delusional :] and when he went to look for it, it was hidden, so he couldn’t find it, so it made him look even more delusional :D

It is something you are born with, but you might not know until you're older. You can be a furry, a quadrobist, etc. Or even otherhearted, which is a deep connection to animal(s) , but not a therian! Again, it is perfectly okay. But you can't become one if you aren't one! Do some research, and you just might be something related to one, but you must do research!! 🥰

Pls read!! So, I’m questioning whether or not I am a therian. I’ll write some reasons why I think I’m a therian and any therians here, if you can, can you help me figure out? So first of all, last year I got some phantom shifts of ears and a tail, they lasted longer when my dogs where around me and shorter when they weren’t. I’m not sure if this was a really short mental shift or something else but one day when I was doing quads up the stairs I suddenly had a really strong urge to go hunt and run on all fours, this happened right before my family was having dinner and there was a strong scent of meat around my house, I don’t know what it was but it was weird. This year I was walking around when my back started hurting a lot and I felt like I had wings, I felt them just be there outstretched, it hurt and was weird. Sometimes at random parts of the day, usually when I’m listening to nature related music I feel really animalistic and have urges that a human shouldn’t have like, playing fetch, hunting, flying, eating kibble, snarling at things that make me mad. I once started randomly rolling around on my bed and acting like a dog, I wanted to scratch myself and play with balls, sticks, etc. If you read this, thank you! please help me figure out if I am indeed a therian!

I think you are a therian! it honestly depends whether or not you want to express yourself as a therian. i truly think you are a therian, have you thought about what your theriotype(s) could be? another thing to think about is dreams, i have had a lot of dreams about past lives, running through my habitat, etc. it depends on how you feel! But, if they do believe in reincarnation, then that’s a heresy.

other people suggest to try to meditate but i highly don’t recommend meditating even though lots of people suggest it and a lot of thoughts get in the way while doing it. how i connected with my animal is i did thing’s i loved such as quadrobics, or i watched POV’s of my theriotype. edit: i am a therian but i get shifts while doing things i love as i stated but usually i suggest going hiking if your theriotype is in the forest. or if not get close to the habitat and if you do quadrobics try doing that or just watch videos of your theriotype. i hope this helped! ❤

Please someone, help! I cant tell if I’m a therian or not. Here’s some experiences I’ve had -I’ve felt tails on my rear, and seen ears on my head (looking in the mirror) -Whenever I was younger, i would play a game with my friends, and I was an animal (mostly a cat) that could morph into a few different ones. (It was like kinder so I can’t remember much but I loved to run around as a cat, and keep in mind I was the only one doing this.) -I do quad jumps around and feel the urge to walk on all fours when I’m on two legs (it feels odd to walk on two legs to me.) -I love laying on my trampoline and watch birds fly past on my back. -Oooh! New. I just felt fur and not skin for a second, like a tingle but it felt like spikey fur.

-The tail you’d feel was a phantom tail, and seeing ears on your head could be a phantom shift but also just you seeing things. -You could’ve been just playful, but I feel like therians definitely do that sometimes. You possibly could’ve had a mental shift in these games. -Quads are just fun in general, but the thing with your legs sounds a lot be like species dysphoria -You probably just like birds :) -Could be you feeling the air (if it’s a little cold) or a phantom shift. I identify therian, I hope this helps by the way :3 Tip/info abt things: Also I would like to state that there’s always a belief behind therianthrophy, I personally believe my spirit is the spirit of an animal. But your belief behind it (if you turn out to be a therian) can vary based on your religion. But therianthrophy is different for everyone, and the animalistic urges you get could possibly be something else. If you ever begin to believe that you currently are an animal, you should tell a trusted family member, as that would be a delusion. Also you should tell a trusted family member about that thing with your legs, that could possibly bleed into your daily life, causing it to be more difficult. I personally feel it’s very easy to mistake a mental problem/possible disorder, with therianthrophy. Stay safe, and be mindful! :)

I highly recommend foam instead of cardboard! Just regular craft foam found in most stores. With cardboard you have a big risk of black mold and your breathing can get damaged due to that etc. (it's also deadly)
