Pro racers have been doing winter training in warmer climes for decades. And many gravel racers are now gunning for the $250,000 Life Time Grand Prix. But can you name a Grand Prix racer who moved to Thailand for the winter to train for gravel?
Until I was chatting with Innokenty Zavyalov last fall in Pueblo about his plans, I certainly could not name such a rider.
Now that Inno has been living in Chiang Mai for several months, I caught up with him over a video call to learn about his experience living and training in Thailand.
