I have an old Thermador GCR484GGD with 4 burners, gas (not electric) BBQ, and a griddle. Unfortunately, they no longer make parts for it and I have to buy a new one for $14K because I can't get a couple of cheap parts! Now, they don't even have an electric BBQ option available anymore. After searching for a while I found Blue Star which still has the better burners that my old Thermador has and they have a BBQ.

What is the difference between the Pro Grand and the Professional series? Watched the whole video but did not hear an explanation of the differences between these two lines.

Hi there - the bare bones difference is that Pro-Harmony ranges are 24-inch depth which sits flush to standard cabinets and the more powerful Pro-Grand has a 27-inch commercial depth but there are a lot of details that are different between the two. Thermador range has been a HUGE disappointment. Delivered in 2019. Dual fuel double convection oven. Ovens have never cooked properly. Absolutely have not been able to use these ovens. Total waste of money! Company has been a disappointment to try to deal with on this!

Save your $$$$ have it 2 years .. never use oven as it stinks, like burning plastic. Had them come said just need to open windows to air out. ? That's crazy

If you are thinking about buying a thermador product please think again. We recently built a house and decided to splurge and buy thermador appliances for the house and Samsung for the suite. Have had nothing but problems with the Thermador appliances which cost little more than 3 times the Samsung products.. Their customer service is the worst I have ever come across in how rude they are. Warranty service is one big run around. In a million years I was not expecting to buy a brand like Thermador and be so disappointed. We basically gave up on their dishwasher after 18 months and replaced it with another Samsung but am filing documents with small claims to get compensated for the god awful stovetop induction unit. Save money and a whole lot of headache and heartache and get yourself something that works

Don't ever buy a Thermador product. Their after market service is horrid. They treat their customers terribly. After 4 months and conversations with 3 different people, I am STILL waiting on a refund for an incorrect part they sent to me. Absolute nightmare.
