What a cracking review thanks for that I think I might actually treat myself to one.i used to do thermal imaging for a firm i used to sub to and they used to have the really expensive fluke one one of the first ones out and I’ve always been a bit reluctant to buy one but this does seem pretty good and to be fair I don’t think I would sell the service I would probably do the same and use it just for electrical installation condition reports.Specially seeing the image of the immersion that sold it to me.cheers Geezer

No probs Will. I saw it and bought it as I thought it would be handy for condition reports etc etc. That's where I picked that example up. It's not the most expensive, but certainly good enough for what I use it for. Thanks for the kind comments👍🏻

The cable is a thermocouple. Plugs in to the top of the FLIR device. Good for taking temps of vents etc that you can't see with the screen
