Here I'm demonstrating how to change colour without cutting yarn and keep it inside the stitches throughout the pattern. And how to carry yarn up within the rows so that it's not visible from outside.

I tried to paste a picture but it did not work. On the back side of my potholder when I changed colors it shows where I brought up the next color. I followed your video, but I must have done something wrong. Do you have any suggestions?
