I bought the G12 and was shocked by the cost-price, which was almost half the price I paid for my Kaze Flex 120. They're not identical, but the performance of both is quite comparable. I don't regret it. Excellent work, I've already subscribed to follow the next ones, congrats on your dedication and patience.

I actually just finished testing on the Kaze Flex. That' s funny. I haven't done my analysis yet. Just have raw data. But definitely the G12 is one of the best price to performance in testing. Thank you for watching and subscribing. Are there any fans you want to see tested? I've just been randomly picking ones so far. :)

@@anonym34566 The Stratus looks harder to get. With regard to fan stop the Stratus does not have that feature. I realistically dont think you want case fan or CPU fans with 0 rpm. but low RPM that move good air silently. So I have a ton of videos on my channel. I reviewed the P12 redux specifically. So it kind of depends on what matters. If price is the end goal the G12 is fine. I dont know how they will run after years though. The P12 Noctua well its a noctua should run "for ever". But its also not the best case fan. kzbin.info/www/bejne/hnfYemtmhbp4rsk Sorry I really have a lot of fan videos at this point with more coming up depending on when you need to buy fans. If you need it now I personally would get P12 redux out of what you listed. But if you can wait or want to watch my other content. It may help. Like the wonder snale is good. or classic Gentle Typhoon, Arctic Storm 120 / T3 120

test the cooler or the fans attached? I couldnt find any fan model number. I just got Phantom Spirit 120 EVO CPU Air Cooler I can look into the TL-k12 as well. I'm not really set up yet for cooler testing. it would be very informal if I do perform one.

Does the Noctua NF-S12A at 460 RPM really make the same noise as the Silent Wings Pro 4 at 1396 RPM? Judging by the graphs, it’s so, but I don’t believe it)

I have an updated testing method kzbin.info/www/bejne/oqbbZZ17faiEorc Its why I relabled my old videos Old Testing Method. but yes the NF-S12 does produce more noise for less airflow than many modern fans.

Hello; first sorry for my bag english. I look for chassis fans on 120 not too noisy an cheep an thermalright is a brand I know since I've buy a Silver arrow 1st generation. But I don't arrive choosing between tl-c12 or tl-g12. Witch one do you recommand? (I can't find the tl-c12 pro at correct price in my country) Thx
@computer-tech-more
@computer-tech-more Жыл бұрын
the tl-g12 is $6 in US dollars and tl-c12 is $8 USD. for the price the TL-G12 is better. but in terms of air flow the C12 is superior. Arctic P12 is better than both for about $8 per fan. Hope this helps.

@@computer-tech-more Thank you for your quick response. I'm from france and here the tl-g12 is at 6€ and the tl-c12 at 8€60 Arctics p12 can be found at 24€99 on five pack and the p12pwm pst at 29€75 on five pack. Does the difference between the tl-g12 and the p12 pwm really so high? (cause I prefer the visual of the Thermalrights ones for a lian li o11 evo grey 😅) Last question for the airflow: I don't whant aio systems, so did you recommand 3*120mm or 2*140mm on side panel (not front panel cause it is a tempered glass) and 3*120mm on bottom in and 3*120mm on top extraction. Thanks.

@@eldadou18 So for price to performance if you need 4 or 5 fans the P12 pack is the way to go. but if your talking 2 or 3 its harder to justify. for airflow from the side. 2x 140 vs 3x120 its hard to say. its really close. I'm not familiar with your case. but 2x140's should be slightly quieter for similar airflow than 3x120 but 3x120 will be able to push more air into your case, by a little. we are talking small differences.

@@computer-tech-more the lian li evo fit 10 120mm fans. The tl-g12 by 10 and the p12pwm pst 2 packs of 5 cost the same that’s wy I’ve ask you if Whith 10 fans that will really change a lot. Thank you for the information about 2x140 or 3x120mm.

Hello amazing video,question if i need to purchase a 4 new fans for my pc i must buy a hub ?
@computer-tech-more
@computer-tech-more 8 күн бұрын
so it depends on the number of fan headers on your mobo. If you run out / then go out and buy a hub. But most people dont need a hub or several (2-3)fans can run off a Y splitter but will all have the same RPM. assuming same model fan.

Hi, thx for the nice and usefull video with lots of data, i'm looking forward to buy a Phanteks nv5 and since it's a similar design to the lian li O-11 there "a lot" of fans holes to fill, if you know what i mean ahaha, i was looking for a affordable option for 7 fans i don't rly care about RGB so i would like to ask for a reccomendation if it's not a problem, what would you reccomend for a good cooling option?
