I have 4090 strix so it's looking card. Can you fit normal size fans on the side with gpu that size?

Could you let me know which is the best AM5 Motherboard can use all its Nvme ssd slots without comprising the Graphics card from 16 to 8 and the new build that I am thinking of building will have only Nvme in it only. At this moment I am considering using the Ryzen 7 7800x3d which is the best gaming cpu out at this moment. I want to be able to use 4 Nvme slots in the motherboard.

Do you think it could be possible to mount a 280mm radiator (no AIO) at the top besides Thermaltake not listing this size as compatible?

Thermaltake says it can go up to 360 at the top
