Thanks for the good honest review. Was also wary of uberlite stories of it popping. But where you are using it must be amongst the worst environment. So for the weight saved, think I will give it a go. Desert hiking, I’m opposite, north sweden, wet, cloudy and cold. curious, you must need to carry kilos of water.

Arizona Trail isn't as dry as many think. You do have to plan your water carries, but I seldom carry more than 2 liters. I'm using the Uber on the Florida Trail right now, so far no problems. Keep Smilin'
