34:50 sir you said +ve W means work done on the system. there here in this case, delta U = adiabatic work done on system right ? not like adiabatic work done by the system. please explain/ correct me.

he's saying the same thing ki if system does work then it is at the expense of the systems internal energy so internal energy decreases (when work is done by the system )and internal energy increases if work is done on the system.

Chemistry main tum system ke andar bhaithkar observe karte ho(example: workdone by gas matlab energy system ne di hai toh change in internal energy -ve lelo kyuki tum system main baithe ho aur energy system main se kam ho gai) Physics main bahar se(example workdone by gas internal energy change positive lo kyuki energy gas ne khoyi aur surrounding ne paayi) Hope this will help
