It has been 3 years since I began using the ThermoPro TP19, and despite also having the ThermoWorks ThermaPen MK4, the TP19 has been my trusted go-to thermometer pen for all of my cooks to date. In this video I do a quick unboxing of the new ThermoPro TP620 which is supposed to be a successor to the TP19. Is the new model worth the extra $20? It's not bad, but not good enough to make the switch IMO.
