Dear Lisa --i no it’s Christmas and what a time to have a problem--I have two thermomix -one going well and on internet-second one says I’m on then says go back to account! Which l have and all is up to date--so I’ve unplugged from switch etc but NO success--any suggestions? Thank you Jeanette green

Hello Jeanette. That sounds annoying. I'd suggest trying to hot spot to your phone and see if that works first? If so,then try forgetting your home wifi and reconnecting.
