INGREDIENTS:
• 100g raw almonds
• 140g cassava flour or plain gluten free flour
• 1 tsp bicarb soda
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 400g ripe banana
• 80g unsalted butter, soft
• 2 eggs
• 75g maple syrup
• 10g vanilla
Cinnamon Crumble
• 1 tsp monk fruit / coconut sugar / rapadura sugar
