I love these videos…bought a 50th Anniversary Thermomix Tm6 wanted to purchase serving bowls and potato peeler I only found the curved over the blades disk for sous vide - not sure what else it can be used for. These videos are very helpful hopefully the different internet transmission locations seem to struggle (choppy and locking of transmission) across those networks - well it seems that way.. nice jobs Laura organizing these great Thermomix Cooks ( and baby) thank you all for sharing.. We have come a long ways… getting the incredible time saving and easy to use recipes with Thermomix …. Wow your dish looks very creamy . Nadia and baby .. at first a bit blurry and not transmitting smoothly but cleared up. But again this or these are great connections for helping me to be successful using my Thermomix.. thanks Laura and everyone.

Yes some of these videos were from early on in lockdown when we were still getting used to everything and not everyone had great wifi. I think we've gotten a lot better over time but technology still sometimes glitches for us. The blade cover is good for slow cook and sous vide. If you take blade cover into he cookidoo search bar you will see all the recipes that use it. The potato peeler blade cover is coming soon to Australia. If you follow my socials you'll see when I announce it's arrivals.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll have to look into it. I'm very simple with my approach as you can see but sounds like a good idea.

Not sure if it is my computer or whatever, but the sound was terrible, it came in fits and starts and therefore very difficult to hear.

Hi Beverly I just had a re watch and can see a few parts where the audio quality isn't as good as the rest of it. As this is a zoom recording of a public class we are bound by the different presenter's internet quality and making sure everyone else stays on mute throughout. I think overall it's pretty ok though, it's also possible your internet was cutting out a bit while watching it which would affect your ability to hear it well too.

Hi Mags a few tips. Make sure you use the base as well as some people don’t think it matters but it helps. Also the quicker you put on the lid the better. And also the more full it is the better so there isn’t dead space. If it’s not staying warm enough for you you can also heat it up first by adding in hot water and then tipping it out. Warms up the steel.
