Ingredients for the Ricotta Gnocchi
160 gm Parmesan
800 gm Ricotta
400 gm "00" Pasta flour, or GF flour
Pinch salt
Pinch ground nutmeg

While we will be preparing this on the night, the gnocchi must be frozen for 3 hours prior to cooking, so that it doesn't fall apart.
We will have a batch of gnocchi pre-prepared, and will be cooking the Ricotta Gnocchi with a Pesto Sauce which can found here.
