Can the TP357w be calibrated? I see no software option to adjust the display settings. I have several that are 4-5% RH different from correct values.

Is there a way to pair this to your phone such that you get live updates and alerts, even when you're out and about? I'm not seeing how a straight bluetooth connection can achieve this. Plus, surely it means I can't connect to things like earbuds at the same time. Or am I getting this totally wrong?

Hi, I just purchased the device and installed the app. How much data can be stored in TP357 before it is reconnected to the app and data uploaded? I assume that if not reconnected within a specific time, the older data could be lost.

Hello, This thermometer can store 1 year worth of data. It doesn't have an actual amount.The data will be lost if it's not reconnected within that year.

I have the same issue. It appears that the app does not have any optional setting. Perhaps Americans don't know Celsius. They are stuck in18th century.

If you're in device graphs page, there's a back button (left arrow in top left corner) which gets you to summary page of connected devices. From here, there's a jagged circle setting icon in top left in which you can change the app from F to DegC and a few other things including "Frequently asked questions" which tells you how to change the units. It's pretty obvious if you manage to get to the setting screen so don't know why the Q&A is here and not somewhere a bit more obvious (like in the manual!).

I have two next to each other: one shows 25.9 C and 48%, the other 27.5 C and 44%. So one or both are out of tolerance. Anything that you can do about it?

How long they have been set up side by side? Allow them a few hours to adjust if it was just set up. If it's been a while and still out of range, make sure they are side by side. If still inaccurate, we can ship another 1 for you to compare with😀

It's to be able to use Bluetooth, there isn't workaround, since this is how your phone works. You see, Bluetooth can be used to track location indoors, so you gotta enable Location for Bluetooth to work..
