Just got mine today. where yours says 71 on the right mine has HHH or a dashed line. Is something wrong with it?

Please try re-inserting the probe firmly until a click is felt/heard, if it is still reading HHH or - - - then your probe is defective and it needs to be replaced🙂

This meter stalled at 101 for 2 hours. I used another meter and my brisket read 207. This thing is garbage!
