I heard your Thai accent and it was so cute. When I saw you eating, I had to open the fridge to find something to eat after watching your video. You two truly reflect our Thai way of life.

Thank you for loving Thailand. May you and your family be happy. Thank you.❤❤❤
Hi Gary, this chicken opened like a frog is the best for roasting a chicken, goose, duck, in my opinion. In France we call it poulet en crapeaudine. In Portugal it's called Churasco, in a churascoria , marinated with pili pili chili, white wine and paprika, etc... Super good, I can do it also 😊👍

The chicken looks really crispy and juicy. You must also try grilled, yellow chicken, the type that're sold by the beaches like Pattaya and Bangsaen . I'm not sure what you call them but they are on another level! And that noodle shop, I will look for it next time I'm in Thonglor. Thanks for the video!
The gai yang looks so good with som tum. I’ve been to Thailand many times but still shy to eat a full blown som tum. Last time I asked for half of the chili only. The reaction from the seller is priceless. Haha I wish I’ve known about this place. We stayed in On Nut area but we went to Digital Park often for our son to play piano at the mall. He misses his piano. We usually settle for Nittaya Gai Yang at the mall. There’re a few great food booth at Digital Park.
Good to see wing commander Paarrrrrriiillllllllaaa again!

There are 2 type. The regular one “namjim jaew” is without tamarind. With tamarind we called “jaew makham” and some shop you can ask for “jaew khom”. They just add bile to it for a bit bitterness.😋

Thai local breed scrawny chicken are far mor flavourful than plump industrial chicken because Thai chicken are free range, and older when they are used which means their meats have had more time and exercise to develop flavour.

What a difference in number of views comparing to Chinese food. It's clear where the interest is and this food was already presented many times before (Isan, noodles..). Just imagine how much interest would there be for seafood, different fish... :)
