for any of you that don’t know: the rose filed a lawsuit against their company around march to terminate their contract because they haven’t been paid & was overly worked. they posted it all on instagram and it was soon deleted and we haven’t heard anything about it in months. recently an article came out and said they went to court and the request for termination of the contract was denied by the court. the company now says they are trying to settle this in a friendly manner. edit: “black rose” has now been removed from most if not all streaming sources, the video is only available on youtube. 10 month update: woosung has officially mentioned that the rose has left their company!! :D THE ROSE IS REALLY FREE however, this song was not published under the company, so if you can please stream as this may be a way to help them and it’s the least we can do for the boys.

Sophia The other channel and accounts is under their agency. They made new accounts (The Rose Sound) so they still can interact with us. They made this new channel so they can upload this MV. Right now, they’re not yet totally free from the company as the case is still ongoing, and we’re still waiting for official updates from them.

The way they got reated by their old agency is still got me shocked (but now, i think they're still an independent) How does their agency did not paid them for 3 years?! Then all of them shared a photo of a document talking about other stuff. Some of it was the crazy busy tour shedule, things they didn't feel were discussed properly etc. So mistreatment. The company fired back. They started claiming the guys were lying. They also started to spread the new about them doing stuff not under contract and "meeting up with women"... clearly trying to get the focus off of themselves and having bad focus on the guys; What they did not expect probably is that The Black Roses would fight back and actually applaud for the boys dating! we were like 'omg the rose and women?? GO GET EM BOYS'... we litterally don't care, we want to see them happy...; They filed a lawsuit against their company.... and the company fought back by wanting money for like, image damaging or smth? (I'm having a blackout on the right terms here)...in the end we never got a proper, official statement saying if they won the case or not? Everythign just went totally silent for... like months! The instagram images were deleted (about the issues).... and the first thing we heard since all of that (next to a picture here and there right before that) was that Dojoon was going to the military.... that's when The rose started to share more with us again and the radio silence stopped... Then suddenly... everywhere 'the rose sound' social media accounts were made and the members unfillowed the old 'the rose' accounts....To us black rose... we suspect this means they got out of the company, they are free!!? --- not long after the new acc..; we got the new se were getting a gift... this is the gift!

I literally cried after I read their handwritten letter on Insta. Sammy's voice always makes me so happy when I hear it. I was so sad because I got into them shortly after they were on there tour with concerts in Germany and than we here nothing for months until Dojoon announced that he was going to the military. So I never got the chance to hear them live. They deserve better and way more and I hope, even if we have to wait months or years, that they will come back stronger than ever and a lot of old and new black roses have the chance to laugh, cry and fall in love with there music once again.
