I am isolated. Oh, I must face my fear of being homeless.....if I want to get away from my cheating, lying, husband. I left my entire family " six kids" after my youngest sister went into the woods and hanged herself....then they started picking on me again. I'm like no.....and then I end up with a Narrasistic husband and I have got to get away... But I have a fear of being homeless....so I stay. He's always gone, so that's good. But I'm sick of getting cheated on, called stupid. Which I'm not....my parents were both Narrsistic Parents, so they taught us nothing we needed to know to make it in this world. I am bringing Me back to life. Working hard. Been in therapy for 24 years,working on this. Raised my own 2 children the opposite of how I was raised, with love and joy.....they are both very successful and good people.... Wow!!! Happy Birthday!! Make a wish ❤ Bless you

This topic is very strange for me because for some reason I found myself not to be trauma bonded to my narcissistic friend or ex husband that I went no contact with. I though I was definately trauma bonded to both of them. But after realizing who they are I went no contact immediately and the only emotions I was struggling with was betrayal,pain, shock,lack of trust, feeling guilty of not seeing and leaving earlier, anger, but also happiness and relief that i am finally free! Free to be myself, this freedom is beyond description. I wish this everyone who goes through this, these people are just the worst type of human being you can encounter in your life

My father scared me to death when I was a little child and I thought they will kill me because being raised in the Catholic Church and telling you, you have to sacrifice yourself and you don't understand how, why... the image I had was me in a cross being tortured. I didn't allow it. I was 7 years old. That's why I can't get into anything that looks like a cult or church. It's spiritual abuse. Thanks for the video and God bless you 💓

Not every church spiritually abuses people. But that's why spiritual abuse is, by far, the most reprehensible form of abuse. If you're abused in *any* other way, or by every human being on the planet, God should be the refuge. Spiritual abusers (especially clergy that use their position to abuse people) make that fundamentally impossible. I'm convinced there's a special place in hell for these people. They earn every ounce of suffering they'll endure without end. I'm so incredibly sorry for what you've been through. I hope it gets better.

There's a technique, very easy to do it by yourself and it's allowing your body to shake. Make a search on KZbin (trauma release shaking...or something with those key words, you will find those videos). I'm doing it and it really helps to release the trauma stuck in your body. Ex soldiers do it too. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the channel but I don't think it would be too hard to find them. It showed up on my KZbin suggestions after I made searching of TRE or trauma release exercises and somatic exercises. Good luck.
