Lots of high mileage NSX's yet they continue to appreciate in value. I wouldn't want to daily drive any kind of sports car myself, but respect to those who do. For me the 97 to 01 models are the ones to get. Monte Carlo Blue pearl being my favourite colour. I also think 17" front and 18" rear is ideal on these cars.
@jwrx7tt013 жыл бұрын
the wheel offset will also be impacting the steering feel/weight due to changes in scrub radius. the white car has stock wheels/scrub radius so it will have nice steering
@Zygrene3 жыл бұрын
Nailed it. Totally forgot to consider scrub radius.
@jwrx7tt013 жыл бұрын
@@Zygrene What's the wheel specs on your NSX?
@alexseto71693 жыл бұрын
diameter as well as offset affects scrub radius. the og fronts were 205/50-15 or 23” and these days the closest in a 17” is 215/40-17 (02+ oem) or 245/35-17 in a wide setup. afaik only Toyo makes that size which is what i’m running and helped with the steering weight a lot

Not to be picky but when you have rebuilt the engine 2x and replaced so many parts of the car how can you say it has over 200k miles. It's almost a completely different car made of different parts. That make up a newer car and not the one that rolled out of the Honda plant all those years ago.

Its not really high mileage if the motors been rebuilt its healthy. the odometer is irrelevant.

It means the car itself (chassis) has seen that many miles, how is that difficult to understand?

you guys look ridiculous wearing masks together in a car. if either one of you were sick you shouldn't have any business sitting in a car with one another, and if you aren't why are you wearing masks in the first place? It was pure virtue signalling with no real benefit. if it actually mattered you would have worn snug tight n95s but it would have been even harder to get passable audio, so you went with the paper masks just to show you are a good boy. it is ridiculous, the whole thing was ridiculous, i lost so much respect and faith in other people during that time.
