Okay so I'm gonna be fair to Emile here: "Queef" isn't a word you'd hear in normal conversation, and unlike with "heart shaped box" there was no context to help him figure out what it meant

As a non-native speaker this is exactly what I feel but I'm still always afraid to admit I don't know what something means (especially considering I'm repulsed by sexual subjects). Even with heart-shaped box I didn't know _exactly_ what it meant but I was able to get a good idea from the context.
