You can take the PDF of the Daniels book and upload to your favourite LLM. Then pick the type of training program you want from Daniels, the amount of miles you want to do per week and tell the LLM to make you a marathon training program. I made my last marathon plan this way and it saved me a ton of time.. As the LLM produces the plan, you can specify how many days a week you want to train, which days you want off, etc etc.

I did actually see quite a few of those decathlon heavy storage shorts in store recently in the discount section. Would have picked one up if I didn't already have them (and too many other shorts). They do also make a non max storage pair with those very good vertical rear pockets 🙌

Got the Einskey Skull Caps as I've been using the same Nike hat for years. The Einskey are terrible to run in, not at all breathable and end up soaking up all the sweat. Fine for walking about in but not any serious exercise.

Great round up guys. Hey Nick what's the fit like (size wise) of the Rabbit Shredsters. I have the Decathlon shorts you recommended in size UK10/ EU M which are great and worked perfectly for me at the Frankfurt marathon last Sunday. Would I need to go for the same size in the Rabbit? Many thanks

The Speedsters chaff me too. I've had way more luck with the Adidas half tights Kieran was showing. No issues at all. You just need to find a belt to store stuff.

​@@mauriceallenliddy126 the Adidas compressions Kieran wore doesnt have pockets at all. UnderArmour compression however have a line that has pockets on the side tights. i forgot what model it is on mine, but its 3/4 lenght for mens. I like UA n Nike because they make 3/4 compressions lenghts for men
