The Saddle Club - Jump Off | Season 01 Episode 23 | HD | Full Episode

Carole is used to being the best junior rider at Pine Hollow, but then Andrea Barry shows up - she’s younger and better - and she has an amazing horse of her own. The competition between Carole and Andrea comes to a head at the prestigious Briarwood Horse Show and Carole must realize that winning isn’t everything. Stevie is determined to prove to everyone that she can be responsible. Lisa becomes jealous when her younger sister, Melanie, stops tagging along after her and starts hanging out with Veronica. Veronica turns Melanie into a little version of herself. Veronica tries to sabotage Andrea’s chances in the competition, but Carole finds out and informs Andrea even though she knows if Andrea rides she will win.
Based on the series of popular books for young readers, The Saddle Club follows the lives of three aspiring equestrians developing their riding skills at Pine Hollow Stables. Each of the girls has assorted personal baggage: Tomboy Stevie's impulsive nature gets her into constant trouble, Carole rides to overcome a family tragedy, and Lisa is an overachiever with a social-climbing mother. Despite their problems (and the schemes of a spoiled rich rival, Veronica), the girls' love of horses and strong friendship with one another is always enough to help them overcome any obstacle.

I love how they talk about how amazing carol, Stevie, Lisa, Veronica, and all the other characters are at riding, when in fact the only decent rider is Red. The others' positions are all over the place, including India (the "incredible" rider) and they're always thrown backwards whenever they go over a jump, it's awful!

@@Anna-gg9wj That show’s you clearly don’t ride. Everyone knows you don’t jump in a dressage saddle! It’s dangerous, the horse doesn’t have the ability to jump in a deeper formed saddle, such as that one.

@@emmaduncan3364 it's not ideal but you can do it, lots of people only have one saddle and it doesn't matter. The difference is for the rider and not for the horse. Else nobody would jump bareback. Believe me, some of the people at our barn ride professionally and even they do it sometimes.

It always bothers me how hollowed out every horse on the show is. I don't expect perfection bit if trying to paint Carol as a stellar rider at least give her a horse that's willing to AT LEAST lower its head.

The horse is just raising its head to avoid discomfort from their hands. They don't know what they're doing, pulling back unnecessarily will make them uncomfortable. It's not the horses fault
