Ranjan was convinced that interest rates will not raise above 1% in 2022, how was he so wrong? He was saying house prices will never fall. I’m glad he’s wrong as it’s just not right, professionals can no longer afford a roof over their heads having worked hard all their lives. This is not healthy for society. Ranjan is concerned about £ only, I guess most landlords like yourself are.

There’s always one isn’t there that just can’t respect what others have worked extremely hard to achieve! By the way it was a predication in regards to interest rates/house price falls, maybe you need to talk to the Bank of England about that! Anyway the most important matter is UTMO 💙🦉💙 “ we’re on our way back!!!
