Samuel has always been controversial, I've been to his crash course, even though I don't agree with his hard pressure selling techniques. He's still the first person I recommend to people to train with. His energy, his forward thinking and students will drive most people to success. Of course if one prefers a quieter experience Saj Hussain is the one!!!

If you think he's the best, I suggest you get out more... He sells dreams to desperate people - but £2k - £30k later.... Most of those people wake up to find themselves in the middle of a nightmare.

Thanks Saj for hosting Samuel. Like he said, it’s because of the noise he makes about his students success that’s why I listen and follow him. Not just because he is successful himself, but he takes up broke people makes them financially free. And Saj, you do a great work too. Everyday I learn from your page. OMG

I purchased a course from Samuel Leeds. I am currently working through it. I can only comment as I find. The books are great quality with great content and the online course is also working fine and I am really enjoying the content and the delivery style. I have e mailed his customer service several times and had quick responses from real people and had follow up phone calls. So far I think the course I have booked is amazing value as it includes 5 days attendance at a venue for classroom training in September. I paid for a Level 3 qualification in 2022 which was around the same price and was only online content. So in my view the Samuel Leeds course is great value.

Thanks for sharing your opinion David. Do you think Samuel owning 35% affects anything?
@davidholloway3276 Жыл бұрын
@TheSajHussain I commented about property tribes as I have a lot of respect for Nick and Vanessa, and I value all they do for the landlord community, their youtube videos and the charity work Nick has done. I also like your videos. I felt I had to write something as I felt Samuel's comment about Vanessa were not justified, in my opinion.

I signed up to one of his course around 4 years ago. Was told it was fully refundable without 14 days - took me over 6 months to get my money back, and that was via relentless arguing, phone calling, emailing etc. Minus an £80 admin fee. So regardless of whether he’s successful- his business ethics are disgusting!!

You can tell a lot about a persons character by those who they associate it. "Trainer?" what people will do for likes and social media sensationalism is shocking. Sometimes things backfire and then some are premeditated. Everything wrong with property right there in my opinion

Am I missing something here? He states that he could be worth 25 Million but looking at the companies he owns via companies house only one of his businesses has any substantial equity in it, most of his ownings are negative equity which is fine in a high growth business but property ownership is hardly renowned for huge returns in the short run. What metrics have been used to get to this valuation of 25 Million? I was always lead to believe that businesses could be worth up to 1.5 x turnover when unlisted (I understand this is not a one size fits all) but that would suggest his turnover is 16.66M. Even on a 5% margin that put his Asset column at a staggering £333M in property. I know he is a trainer and makes income via this method but I just dont understand how he has got to a £25M valuation. **For the record Im neither for nor against Mr Leeds nor am I in property as of yet - I just find it incredibly hard to give credibility to someone who throws out such outlandish claims when the information on public record suggests otherwise.

Great point Shaun. Also thanks for watching the podcast, hope you enjoyed it. In regards to his net worth, I can not give you the answer as I don’t know. However, I can only assume some of his assets aren’t locked into his businesses. Some could be personal investments. This includes things like property, stocks and shares, cryptocurrencies and businesses owned by the individual. With anything online, take things with a grain of salt and then do research around it.
