Hi Rob, I agree with so many of your principles but where you let me down is your complete denial that there are many MANY people with lots of money and power who are deliberately harming others for the sake of gaining wealth....this has huge ramifications for the trust that people have in their governments or powers that be. Look at the case of Flint in America, he desire and love of money caused many people to die of lead poisoning because their governors wanted to make money from water supply and cut corners which led to de regulation which led to lead poisoning the water and the rich governors denied it for sooooo long because they knew it it ruin them financially. This is NOT and anomaly in the world. Whilst I like your practice tips and advice, don’t sit there and deny the world has people who will a d are using it to harm others for the sake of their own gain, if you deny it your as bad as the perpetrators themselves, you should be encouraging people to want to create positive change in this world, which I think you do want and I can hear that in some of your words, but that change does have to come from an acknowledgement of what ISNT working as well as what we can do as individuals that DOES work.
