the mechanics of domains and limitless don't really make sense when put against each other, gojo just breaks the rules since domains apparently take up physical space and have to travel through it to fully manifest (even though they can warp space-time, they still actually occupy space.) this means that the limitless technique makes it so that a domain can never touch gojo. it could hypothetically exist around him like a spherical donut, but he's constantly covered by the his bubble of infinity so he can never be truly "in" a domain. gojo only ever loses fights not because of technique, but because of circumstance or sheer power. higuruma would have to have so much more CE than gojo that he could basically purely overwhelm gojo's own techniques and CE in the same way sukuna could. and we can infer from the narrator saying that his talent is "on par" with gojo's means that he probably has similar amounts of CE potential and therefore would never be able to actually beat gojo without doing something as drastic as what happened in the shibuya incident, to make gojo drop his technique, since he can't break gojo's technique on his own. but this is all writing off all the ways that gojo just breaks the rules and doesn't make sense. limitless should also be doing things like making him effectively a black hole, not in terms of mass but in terms of what his presence would do to light and matter around him. he'd appear to be completely pitch black since light could never reach him, much less reflect off him. he'd also be unable to touch anything without selectively dropping his technique, which means not only would clothes never actually go on his body, but also, he'd never be able to eat or drink. he'd also never be able to make the sound of his voice reach anyone. that is, if his technique actually works the stated way, and he's not being selective. but we know he has to be, which means that since we can see and hear him and he's wearing clothes and can eat food yada yada, he actually doesn't have the technique active, even when he says he does, and yeah it just doesn't make any sense. it's an impossible rabbit hole of contradictions, no point trying to power scale against it.

Hiromi's a natural genius when it comes to Jujutsu with a very high potential but Gojo's technique has been refined through years of training and battle experience to the point he could cast and deactivate it within 1/5 of a second. He was even able to cast his domain faster than Sukuna during their last domain battle. Getting the death sentence against Gojo would also be a challenge, even without his innate technique Gojo has other options as long as he has cursed energy. Add the six eyes on top of that, I believe he'd win against Hiromi using martial arts while enhancing his body with cursed energy.

depends on what it count as violence. anything involving passive danger, like, say, a cursed spirit who gives off toxic gas, would be able to do damage. you could argue that jojo just getting angry would be able to do damage since that's just his emotions making him radiate enough heat to burn you if you're near him. hell you could even argue that using something like the prison realm isn't "violent," really it's all semantics. i don't like the vagueness inherent in the technique. kind of reminds me of how sukuna intentionally used vagueness in the "won't harm others" part of his pact with yuji to create a loophole. i'm sure it's gonna be relevant in the upcoming chapters, some way to get around the ban on violence is gonna make him lose with his domain up.

I think given a enough time Higaruma surpasses Gojo by a longshot. The only thing holding higaruma back is probably his barrier knowledge and experience. (he learned domain amplification so might have a pretty good Domain already). Bro learned rct basically cause Sukuna told him to. He might just be THE biggest Jujutsu genius behind Sukuna. I think Gojo isn't much of a genius as he is credited for cause he was just handed the best tools a sorcerer can have.

Honestly rn i think he can beat Gojo, with luck involved ofc. 2 things need to happen tho, a death penalty and confiscation of gojo's limitless. I think he can get death penalty with his domain in shibuya. He essentially fried people's brain albeit a short time but it's on multiple people. After that judgeman needs to confiscate limitless not 6 eyes. I.e no barrier, blue, red, purp, and his domain. Plus the executioner's sword? It's a gg. Gojo's hand to hand combat and agility is still amazing. Higaruma is only a lawyer. Gojo uses actual martial arts (based off JJK0 The Movie)
