Also, Mahito *can* be damaged by normal attacks. He just has the ability to endure them, as long as he is able to focus on the shape of his soul. I really don't think that's something he has the means to focus on too much in a fight like this.

I don't think that's possible. That's like creating a barrier that separates Megumi from his shikigami or Yuki from Garuda. That would only work if the barrier rejected everything and Yuta fully manifested Rika before the barrier went up. If he just walked into Shibuya and didn't bring Rika out fully until much later, there'd be no way to separate them.

While Gojo can't fight at 100% with others around, I think that it's likely that he would bring Yuta with him to handle the Disaster Curses, because it would be a way to give Yuta a power boost, since he'd be able to copy their CTs, and if it does go down like that, Yuta+Gojo slaughter Hanami and Jogo before the people get dropped in, and Kenjaku probably retreats with Mahito.

What if Yuta was in Shibuya? Simple. Kenjaku would devise a way for him to go elsewhere before enacting the plan. The Shibuya incident was executed _exactly_ because one of the biggest player is not there. Kenjaku was strong but his most terrifying aspect is his intelligence. There's no way Kenjaku doesn't know Yuta, the prodigy with the former queen of curses Rika, especially since he's using Geto's body who was defeated by Yuta who has training less than a year.

Yuta erased Kurourushi with one touch when it was damaged by Ryu and kissed it to death too. I think that Mahito, Dagon and Hanami don't stand a chance - speed blitz and erase. Jogoat could be a problem, but then Yuta copies all fires and then 2v1 Jogoat after telling him not to move. Also a lot more people could have survived because of his reverse technique. Yuta in base covers long distances in a fight with Ryu and use Rika to do double jumps, lol, so I guess, Yuta just goes wherever the strong curse appears and erases it. Jogoat must be cautious of both Go/jo and Yuta and dies either way when faces each of them. Toji without all the op tools is not this much of a danger. Like, Yuta and Rika jump Toji together and since Go/jo is not in the cubic GYM, Toji gets halved second time.

Yuta will low-mid diff Toji with cursed tools or not. Inverted Spear of Heaven won't really work on Copy unless Toji directly hits Yuta or Rika in order to stop Yuta from using any CT, but Toji wouldn't be able to get to that point to start with. Yuta generally scales above him physically with CE, and all Yuta really needs to do is to only use Cursed Speech as Toji's senses are heightened and has no CE to able to counter it, Cursed speech will prove to be fatal to him. It is stated that Toji does have resistance to curses but it was never clarified to what extent, it might be a resistance related to all Jujutsu but that's unlikely because we do see him getting damaged from Red and his physical prowess seem to be the sole reason why he tanked it, so until Heavenly Restriction is expanded upon, Cursed Speech is effective.

Curse speech wouldn't be effective Toji has resistances to curse techniques + Yuta can't spam it he'll eventually have to stop, and Yuta does not generally scale above Toji physically, the only physical thing Yuta would take is durability strength no Yuta is stated to be on the weaker side and Yuta has worse speed scaling than Toji, Toji soundly scales above Naobito who is stated to be the fastest sorcerer (besides Gojo) which would include Yuta and a Maki (who isn't even fully realized) is able to blitz Ogi someone stated to be equal to Naobito + unlike Hakari someone stated to be physically relative to Yuta is barely able to dodge lightning and could only react to it once when Maki (Toji's equal) is able to dodge Nue's amped lightning also you're acting like the only tool Toji is ISOH, he has the SLB which damages the soul and bypasses durability which hard counter RCT because you can't heal the soul with RCT.

And this resistance per what has shown only works on possession type Jujutsu, Toji never showed resistance towards CTs. Yuta is generally physically stronger. He noticed the speed difference of the activation of Gojo's domain against Sukuna which was less than 0.01 seconds, and was the only one who could give an explanation about it, two things Hakari couldn't do. This gives Yuta better perception and reaction time than Toji. Yuta also matched Itadori's strength, who may or may not be lower than Maki's per Sukuna's statement towards Yuji's strength, and even then Yuta has Rika who is for sure stronger. And in speed Yuta does out scale, as one who's constantly being reminded as the second only to Gojo, not only in the manga but in outside sources, he would be very close to Gojo's base speed stats as he could notice Gojo's domain speed which automatically puts him above the others. No, it wouldn't include Yuta in the Naobito list as the story didn't progress up to his introduction yet, and only until then Yuta's statements have been introduced to the story. Hakari was never stated to be physically stronger and if it isn't obvious by the other points yet, Yuta out scales him as well. Toji wouldn't have much options with SSK, it gets countered by Cursed Speech and other techniques in Yuta's arsenal.

If we take Naoya's technique which clearly targets the person he touches, we see that in his fight against Maki he trapped her in an animation frame, so they're not really an inanimate object. An inanimate object would have no destination, but Toji and Maki are clearly human beings with an destination and ears. Cursed Speech would work but it depends on Toji's resistance if it is overall Jujutsu wise (Which shouldn't be the case), he will resist Toge's Cursed Speech but Yuta's? No one should think so.

I think that if yuta was there they would have succeeded in unsealing gojo. Yuta being number 2 isn’t an understatement. None of the disaster curses stand a chance. Mahoraga through megumi sacrifice would probably be in yutas favor. He has techniques and tools that would take mahoraga too long to adapt to all of them. I think that even if 15 finger sukuna was released that he would win. Yes it would be tough but I think eventually yuta will get the job done. At the time kenjaku is probably the strongest one there but if everyone worked together I think that they could defeat him. All it would take is if yuta and Miguel found the rest of the top then the seal would come undone and story over. Obviously this isn’t exactly how it would happen but it is a pretty fair overview. Ex. Sukuna kills Jogo, and mahoraga summons. Sukuna kills him and then gets into a fight with yuta, yuta would beat sukuna while mahoraga as a threat is finished.

Yuta being there would probably cause Jogo to take him on. The reason Yuta wasn’t there is because he alone would be more than enough to solve that issue. Infinite Hikari also stomps everything up until Kenjaku

However because Yuji and co aren’t going to be sent in if Yuta is there, Then Jogo wouldn’t be able to feed yuji any fingers. Kenny is stuck guarding the PR and probably won’t hunt yuji down outside of the barrier to force feed him fingers either, as that was never his plan. Sukunas revival was more or less Jogos plan, albeit Kenny was required 1k years ago.

So, I was thinking about it, but wouldn't Yuta be able to copy some of the dissaster curses techniques? Like Mahito's iddle transfiguration for example, imo it's more likely that Mahito would end up running into Yuta first as he was wandering around shibuya while on the lookout for Yuji, would the possibility of Yuta copying the technique of some curses maybe do a difference in how things go? Also on another note, assuming Yuji, Mei Mei and Ui Ui make it out alive against the small pox deity, wouldn't they be able to affect the speed of things unfolding? I mean, I know they don't stand a chance against Kenjaku, but do you think Mei Mei takes Yuji with her in the particular case they do end up confronting him?

To me the Kenjaku statement doesn't say that Yuta doesn't have merit because it come from Rika, but that Yuta cannot reach Gojo level because he manifested his powers through love and always have Rika with him and to reach the pinacle or jujutsu you need to be fully self centered.

Gojo made the mistake of going in Shibuya alone without anyone alongside him. He’s the strongest but he knew he was targeted that’s why he visited yuta in the first place in Kenya. That was the first mistake. The plan should have been to not go in at all and let the target come to you. Or he should have went with the old zenin clan leader at his side if he left yuta to be his trump card. It’s also annoying how yuki is there but isn’t fighting either. If her and yuta fought on that day many deaths wouldn’t have happened.

*spoilers* I feel like that "gojo is weaker when defending others" rule only truly matters when the collective power of his enemy (enemies) exceeds his allies. Sukuna is clearly leagues above the allied forces, thus gojo would have to defend them. Any other allied sorcerer who was actually IN shibuya would have slowed him down in the subway. Yuta isn't like any other allied sorcerer. I honestly think he mid (maybe high diffs if they have an excellent game plan) the disaster spirits.

Ive tried so hard to predict how this would happen and theres too many variables and too many possibilities. Though i do think yuta technically could just run through dagon, mahito choso and anyone else. Jogo toji and maybe kenny (whos aware of yuta and fully on guard) would all just be speed bumps for yuta. Unless yuta runs into magorha or sukuna somehow, then...rip yuta :/

If yuta was there I dont think jogo would have the time to find yuji and awaken sukuna tbh. With that alone, like 90% of the damage to shibuya is avoided. And then because mahoraga disappears if the people involved in the summoning ritual die. Yuta prolly doesn't get there in time to fight him cuz mahoraga low diffs anyone other than sukuna and possibly kenjaku. So no matter what yuta gets out alive

Unless yuta can sense CE or has rika do it and guns straight for the familsr feeling of geto then maybe he just cuts down whoever he runs too on his way there. He wouldnt sense toji and idt he go that. He could just blow a hole through the subway to get to kenny faster and free gojo then go back to saving duties. Now a 3 way stand off between kenny toji and yuta woulda been fun. It depends too much on where yuta starts and the path he takes and his timing if things. The fact that they yeeted Yuta and didn't have him around for this feels just a slightly smaller contrivance than the bad guys having a magic plot box to take Gojo out of the picture. Not to mention his fight with big ol Su Su. I love this show but it feels like Gojo and the other fighters in his weight class don't belong in this story... largely because the writing seems to feel that way as well.

Also, Chosos poison dispelled Uraumes ice and had Naoya being unable to his CT after that so it might have some sort of CE disruption. All im saying is that yeah, Yuta wins 100% but it will be closer.

I'm pretty sure he would've remained a bit to wait for Mahito to evolve then absorb him anyways, but he is kinda passive even tho he is like strongest after Gojo and Sukuna probably, like he could've destroyed Mei Mei but left her alive(probably for the culling game or something, he also needed a camera man for Gojo Vs Sukuna lmao)

Yuta wouldnt be with Gojo in the first place though, they asked for Gojo in the barrier and Gojo always prefers to fight alone. Yuta would be with Yuji, Nanami, Megumi and everyone else.

You could also argue Sukuna might not get revived at all since there is Okkotsu one-shotting Jogo, Choso, Dagon and Mahito probably. Like, he probably is able to sense all of their locations so he'd just take them out fast one by one
