Standing, no, especially if he could keep the elderly guy from using his BJJ Velcro on him. On the mat, he's much easier than Jan to submit. At this point in his MMA development, Jiri still is largely an elite Muay Thai/ kickboxer; he has very little skills or experience in elite BJJ maneuvers. He could wrestle and sub someone, if they are less adept than he, given how big, young, strong, & athletic he is. But against Glover on the mat --- if, for some reason, like Jan, he found himself on the mat against the elderly veteran BJJ --- he's easy work!
