TBH watching both fully, this seems drama for drama sake. "It's not just the premise but its the dialogue in the video, the clips used in the video" It defiantly seems like it is a case of two vids covering the same premise. As both are telling the same non fictional story and you'll be able to draw some comparisons but watching both the scripts are definitely different. There are similar clips used at points, but if you where doing such a story and including clips (something both TheScore and Slush do as part of the style of their videos) Some such as the fortnite rant and Sea of Thieves cosplay I think are pretty much guaranteed to be used by anyone as they are very famous well known highlights/moments. Sympathy goes out to Slush though, must feel bad to feel like your work was stolen, but in this case I think the similarities can be chalked up to a mix of it being effectively a news story so relaying similar facts and the clips aspect being coincidence due to how popular and well know they are (it wasn't like every clip was the same) Perhaps I'm being Naïve and overly optimistic in regards to my opinion of Escore, what do you all think?

I don’t think The Score esports copied the summit video you made. You could argue that they used similar clips and similar wording but they had to retell the same story and the wordings weren’t that similar until the had to be. The point of the summit video by the score was to recap what summit did due to his rise playing Valorant right now. Only 2-3 minutes of the scores video covered what summit did in the past. Some parts do sound familiar but if anything it feels like they trying to not copy you. And the reason he is playing Valorant is because he is pulling in good views, the video game is popular, and he loves it. Idk about other videos but this is my take on this situation.

The thing about big corporate channels is that it's multiple people collaborating on these videos. Hard to pinpoint who is responsible exactly for taking your idea and changing the homework a little bit, but the writer of said video is some nobody with the handle @Smashhh. Though it could of been someone higher up who referred them to your video first for inspiration. It's just really hard to know and they probably think they're smart for changing the wording a little and just adding updated content to the concept of the video. Sickens me that bigger channels have the audacity to hunt smaller channels and think they can get away with it. Sadly it's the world we live in, and it happens in all forms of online media, from writing, artwork, music. Just know man, you alone, have the writing and video production skills way higher than channels who have inflated numbers and have hired many people to get them there. Take that and continue making content friend.

no hate at all intended but in all reality both videos are basically “biography pieces” about summits streaming. So is it bad for multiple channels to do pieces based around someone’s history? I mean how many ways can you say that “he played this game... had an obvious impact on his mental health (insert absolutely necessary context clip of summit raging about fortnite).... takes a break... returns to streaming to play what he wants not what is popular (sea of thieves for example (insert of of the most viewed SoT chips from his channel)).....etc. like if this was a completely original topic being covered then obviously it is a different story but in reality you are both just third party explaining the story of someone else.
