From pros who always seem to choke to casters that speak too soon, there are plenty of curses in esports.
But I think it's about time we addressed the most ominous of all… cursed vibes.
Hard to define but easy to spot, a cursed moment can happen in an instant, or unfold over time. As long as it leaves you feeling confused and slightly unwell… that's cursed.
Now, let's butcher these vibes and talk about the most cursed moments in esports.

kinda late, but to add one to the list, some years ago, on the LLA (Latinamerican League of League [trust me, sounds better in spanish]), a singer wanted to do one of those "if i say X u say Y", and he sang "If i scream League of, u scream Legends" He didn't get a single response, he tried several times, no one responded Riot later decided to add a line referencing this moment on a line on True Damage Ekko's latin Dub voices lmao

When covid went off the rails back then starcraft's world championship became a very improvised online tournament. And all these commentators were greenscreened on some magical flying cgi platforms floating through space with the games and player webcams on cgi monitors. Sometimes different commentators differed in how close they were to their respective camera, so they had major size differences to each other at times. Everybody in the live chat was losing it, it was hilarious

@@morfeyy- Where to start 🤣 they could not play because pcs didnt have graphics cards, monitors were 60hz, they took players passports, players got their keyboards/mouse stolen from hotel rooms, dota event was canceled completely after all the players arrived because they didnt have enough pcs to run dota2 at 100fps, they didnt have enough money to pay the winnings or to pay for the venue 😂 and I could go on and on. There wasnt a worst event in history of esports.
